Currently, we offer ship-to- store (5-7 business day) and standard delivery (3-5 business day) for all orders.
For ship-to- store, you will be able to receive your order within 7 business days after it has been processed. You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup in store.
For standard delivery, your order will be processed on the same day if it is placed before 1430hrs. All orders placed after 1430hrs will be processed on the following business day. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped. It will take 1-2 business days for the order to reach your doorstep.
Our business days are from Monday to Friday, with the exception of Public Holidays. You may experience delay in shipping during holidays and sale period.

Absolutely. Simple select the “Ship-to-Store” option during checkout and choose your preferred store for collection. You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup in store..
Unfortunately, we do not offer international delivery currently. All deliveries have to be fulfilled within Indonesia.
Our appointed courier service provider offers 2 times free re-delivery. However, a delivery charge of RM20 will be imposed for re-delivery attempts that failed twice. So, be sure that you have appointed someone to receive the parcel on your behalf in order to avoid unnecessary charges.
You will be redirected to our designated courier service provider website. To track your order, please enter the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email. Kindly take note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be available.
Alternatively, you may login to view your updated order status under Order History in My Account page. If you have made a guest purchase, this service will not be available.
